I am a Hungarian social psychologist, with a master degree in Librarianship and Information Management from Eötvös University Budapest and PhD in Social Psychology from University of Pécs. During my career I sucessfully combined my academic interest with practical applications, as I was able to transfer my academic research to business practice.
I am working as a research fellow at the Research Center for
Educational and Network Studies (RECENS), an academic institution in
Budapest, and also as a consultant for corporations to help to develop
corporate communication projects and systems. My six books written in Hungarian, and my papers published in international journals reflect my broad interest from gossip psychology via informal networking and corporate communication. I have the chance to frequently appear in newspapers and magazines, and to be often featured in radio and television programs. I am a popular invited speaker not only of scientific conferences but of meetings on business commnunication. I gave talks among others at TED_x, Media Hungary, Digital Hungary meetings.
